MCH 100 machine schedule:

• Production: polyurethane gaskets for filters of the industrial and automotive sector.


• Peculiarities: the machine is suitable for the production also of small and very small series of filters, because it allows a fast variation of the parameters (pump flow and casting time), within 10 - 15 seconds, during the casting, allowing so production changes without the need of washing the casting head.


• Casting head: drivable manually or insertable in a fixed support, weight 3 kg, PU flow from 5 to 45 g/sec.
